What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry or quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the details of your message. We use this solely to respond to you and discuss your project.
We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (see Cookies below), but only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use your data
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where we are working together, the performance of a contract. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is never loaded. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. These cookies don't identify you personally.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring back the cookie banner.
