Visit live siteMark at SolarClean had built something rare: a five-star exterior cleaning business that genuinely lived up to the reviews. Pressure-washed driveways that looked new again, solar panels restored to full output, gull-blasted Clevedon roofs back to slate-grey perfection. The problem was the website. It was slow, the gallery was a click-through nightmare on mobile, and the quote process involved an email back-and-forth that bled half the leads before a price was even sent.
We rebuilt around the work itself. Every service page now leads with a drag-to-compare before/after slider — built in React with Framer Motion so it stays buttery on a phone, even when there are six on a page. The hero photography is real SolarClean jobs, not stock buckets-and-suds, and every image is served as a properly sized WebP so the site loads in under a second on the kind of patchy 4G you actually get out near Tickenham. The whole brand reads cleaner, more confident, and — importantly — fast.
The real win was the quote tool. We replaced the old contact-form-and-pray flow with a guided five-step quote builder: service, property type, postcode, photo upload, contact details. Sub-sixty seconds end-to-end, mobile-first, hooked straight into Mark's job-management system so quotes go out the same day. Combined with proper LocalBusiness schema across all the BS postcodes SolarClean serves, the site now sits at the top of the Map Pack for every cleaning search in BS48, BS21, BS49 and BS41 — and the inbox finally matches the quality of the work.
